Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Zonal Head role based in Karnataka, India. The Zonal Head will oversee sales, distribution, and operational performance across the assigned zone, ensuring achievement of revenue, growth,



and market penetration targets. Daily responsibilities include managing and mentoring field teams, coordinating with distributors and key channel partners, and conducting regular market visits to monitor product performance and customer satisfaction. The role involves planning and executing zonal sales strategies, forecasting demand, and collaborating with marketing and agronomy teams to support demonstrations, farmer meetings, and promotional activities. The Zonal Head will also analyze zonal performance data, prepare reports for senior leadership, ensure compliance with company policies, and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders in the agri-input ecosystem.
