About the Role :
Leads Digital is expanding its Business Development Team across West Bengal and Sikkim and is looking for serious, target-oriented Marketing Executives / Business Development Executives.
This is a field sales role focused on B2B healthcare/institutional clients. The selected candidate will be responsible for developing business with private hospitals, nursing homes, diagnostic centres and other healthcare and other Business institutions, and factories.

Compensation :
Fixed Salary + TA/Fuel Allowance for approved business travel + Commission + Performance Incentives

Job Responsibilities
Identify private hospitals, nursing homes,



diagnostic centres and clinics in the assigned territory.
Call hospital owners, directors, administrators, IT heads, purchase managers and other decision-makers.
Schedule appointments and conduct regular field visits.
Present and demonstrate Leads Digital's software, hardware and IT solutions.
Generate qualified leads and convert them into business.
Prepare and follow up on quotations and proposals.
Maintain regular communication with prospects until closure.
Develop long-term relationships with healthcare institutions.
Identify cross-selling and up-selling opportunities.
Maintain CRM records and submit Daily Activity Reports.
Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports.
Coordinate with the technical/pre-sales team for demonstrations and project requirements.
Achieve agreed monthly sales and activity targets.
Keep updated with all Leads Digital products, services and new offerings.
