Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Executive based in Bengaluru, with compensation up to 5 LPA. The role involves identifying and qualifying recent leads, conducting property consultations, and presenting suitable real estate solutions to prospective clients. The Business Development Executive will manage the sales cycle from initial contact to closure, including property site visits, negotiations, and documentation support.



Responsibilities include maintaining a strong sales pipeline, achieving monthly and quarterly targets, and providing timely market feedback to the management team. The role also requires collaboration with internal teams, proactive follow-up with clients, and consistent use of CRM tools to track activities and outcomes.
Qualifications
Strong client relationship management and negotiation skills, with the ability to build trust and close sales effectively.
Solid understanding of real estate markets, property types, and investment concepts, or willingness to learn quickly.
Proficient communication and presentation abilities in English; additional local language skills are an advantage.
Comfort with using CRM tools, spreadsheets, and basic digital platforms to manage leads and report performance.
