Role – Sales Manager
We are seeking a result-driven Sales Manager to lead and develop a team of Sales Counsellors while driving revenue growth and achieving business targets. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership capabilities,



experience in managing high-performing sales teams, and a proven track record of consistently achieving targets.

Key Responsibilities
Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Sales Counsellors to achieve monthly revenue goals.
Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance and ensure team target achievement.
Conduct regular coaching sessions, performance reviews, and skill-development initiatives.
Drive conversion excellence through effective pipeline management and sales strategies.
Track team productivity, sales metrics, and collection targets.
Identify performance gaps and implement corrective action plans.
Ensure adherence to CRM processes, reporting standards, and company policies.
Collaborate with Marketing and Operations teams to maximize lead conversion.
Build a high-performance sales culture focused on accountability and continuous improvement.
