Introduction

We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly analytical Senior Accountant – Property to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will possess strong accounting fundamentals and exceptional analytical skills, enabling them to manage complex financial data,



identify variances, and deliver accurate and insightful financial reports. This role requires hands-on experience in property accounting, lease structures, reconciliations, and month-end close processes.

We are looking for a Senior Accountant – Property Accounting with strong accounting fundamentals and analytical skills to oversee financial management and reporting for a portfolio of real estate properties.
The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of handling complex financial data while effectively communicating with internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

Financial Reporting:

Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements for real estate properties in accordance with GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles).
