Lead Research & Business Development Intern

Nexora Labs is building digital business solutions for growing B2B companies.
We help businesses improve the way they manage operations, sales, orders, teams, fulfilment, payments and reporting through connected digital systems.
We're looking for 2–3 smart, curious and digitally comfortable interns to join our early-stage business development team.

This is not a telecalling or call-center role.
Your primary responsibility will be to identify and research the right businesses for Nexora Labs, understand their business context, find the right decision-makers and build a high-quality sales pipeline.
There is a transparent opportunity to grow into a Business Development / Sales role based on performance.

What you'll do
Research businesses that match Nexora Labs target customer profile
Find relevant companies through Google, Google Maps, LinkedIn, IndiaMART, directories and other sources
Understand what a business does before adding it to our pipeline




Identify relevant decision-makers and contact information
Research basic business operations, size, locations and potential operational complexity
Identify whether a company appears to have a genuine need for digital systems or process improvement
Add and maintain accurate lead information in ClickUp
Assist with initial outreach through email, WhatsApp or other channels when required
Track follow-ups and lead status
Work closely with the sales/founder team to improve lead quality
Learn how B2B sales, qualification and business development actually work

What we're looking for
We're looking for someone who can think like a business person, not someone who simply copies company names into a spreadsheet.

You should be able to look at a company and ask:
What does this business do?How does it probably operate?Who would make a decision here?Could Nexora potentially solve a meaningful problem for them?

You should have:
Good English
