Target audiences: Document-heavy professionals including accounting firms, law firms, real estate agents, and SMB operations leaders.

Work Hours: 7:00 PM – 4:30 AM IST (US Hours)
About the Role
MetaWurks is expanding beyond static LinkedIn content into short-form videos, Reels, product demos, tutorials, explainers, and founder-led content.
You will own our video presence end-to-end, from concept through publishing, with creative ownership from week one.
Key Responsibilities
End-to-End Production: Concept, script, record/shoot, edit, caption, and publish 10–12 short-form videos plus 2–3 product/tutorial videos monthly.
Platform-Native Strategy: Tailor content hooks, aspect ratios,



and pacing specifically for LinkedIn (primary), YouTube Shorts, Threads/X, Instagram, and TikTok.
Motion Graphics & Branding: Build lower thirds, kinetic captions, screen zoom-ins, and maintain reusable brand templates and b-roll libraries.
Trends & Calendar: Research US finance, SaaS, and AI creator trends weekly; pitch 3 actionable content ideas per week and maintain the content calendar.
Analytics & Iteration: Track reach, watch time, engagement, and site conversions to double down on high-performing formats.
Platforms You'll Own
LinkedIn (Primary): 15–60 sec videos, product demos, founder POV clips, carousel-to-video.
YouTube: Shorts, 3–8 min product walkthroughs/tutorials.
Threads / X: Fast clips, behind-the-scenes, short takes with video.
Instagram / Facebook: Reels based on top-performing short-form content.
Must-Have Requirements
Portfolio/showreel of personally edited short-form videos.
Proficiency in Premiere Pro,
