Role Description The Product Development Technical Leader at CREAT UNO MINDA will oversee end-to-end product development activities for advanced automotive technologies, ensuring technical excellence and alignment with project requirements. This full-time, in office role based in Chennai involves leading cross-functional engineering teams, coordinating design, development, validation, and product assurance activities, and driving innovation in areas such as cockpit electronics, safety technologies, and embedded systems. The role includes planning and reviewing technical roadmaps, guiding R&D; efforts, resolving complex engineering issues, and ensuring that products meet performance, safety, and quality standards. The Technical Leader will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, support laboratory and testing operations, and contribute to continuous improvement in processes, tools, and methodologies.
