Role Description The Business Development Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Chandigarh, responsible for driving growth across the company’s surgical sutures, critical care medicines, and healthcare distribution portfolio. Day-to-day responsibilities include identifying and developing new business opportunities, managing relationships with hospitals, surgical centers,



and distributors, and conducting market research to understand customer needs and competitive dynamics. The role involves preparing and delivering product presentations, negotiating contracts and pricing, and collaborating with internal teams to align sales strategies with product, marketing, and supply chain capabilities. The Business Development Manager will track sales performance, forecast demand, and provide regular reports to leadership, while ensuring that all activities support the company’s commitment to quality, patient safety, and regulatory compliance.
Qualifications

Strong business development, sales, and account management skills, with demonstrated ability to grow and sustain client relationships in healthcare or pharmaceuticals.
