Role & Responsibilities

Own full-cycle recruitment—from sourcing and screening to offer negotiation and onboarding—for roles across tech, sales, marketing, and operations.
Leverage LinkedIn, job boards, ATS, and Boolean search to proactively source and engage passive & active candidates across India.
Conduct structured interviews, assess cultural fit, and align candidate skills with client requirements with precision.
Manage candidate pipelines, provide real-time feedback to hiring managers, and close roles within SLAs.
Collaborate with clients to understand role nuances, define ideal candidate profiles,



and optimize job descriptions for maximum reach.
Track KPIs (time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, fill rate) and continuously refine sourcing strategies for efficiency and quality.
