Job Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Accountant to manage the company's day-to-day accounting operations. The ideal candidate should have sound knowledge of accounting principles, GST calculations, taxation compliance, invoicing, and billing processes. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records and ensuring compliance with statutory requirements.

Key Responsibilities
● Maintain and manage day-to-day accounting transactions.
● Prepare, verify, and process invoices, bills, payments,



and receipts.
● Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable.
● Perform GST calculations, GST return preparation, and ensure timely compliance.
● Reconcile bank statements and company accounts regularly.
● Maintain proper financial records, ledgers, and documentation.
● Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
● Monitor and track outstanding payments and follow up with clients/vendors.
● Assist in audits and provide necessary financial documentation.
● Ensure compliance with accounting standards, taxation laws, and company policies.
● Coordinate with management regarding financial planning and reporting.

Required Skills & Qualifications
● Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com), Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
● 2–3 years of relevant accounting experience.
● Solid knowledge of GST, TDS, and statutory compliance.
