We work with a network of coating partners to deliver the right coating solution for our customers, while managing the process from order to delivery.
The Role
We are looking for an Accounts & Commercial Executive who can manage day-to-day accounting while also taking ownership of invoicing, collections, vendor payments, and commercial tracking.
This is a hands-on role where follow-ups and ownership are just as important as accounting.
What You'll Do
Manage day-to-day accounting in Tally / Zoho Books.
Raise and track customer invoices.
Follow up with customers for pending payments and collections.
Track vendor invoices and coordinate vendor payments.
Maintain receivables, payables and payment trackers.
Reconcile bank, customer and vendor accounts.
Track orders, costs, invoices, payments and job-wise margins.
Prepare basic MIS and financial reports.
Support GST,



TDS and other accounting requirements.
Coordinate with customers, vendors and internal teams to close pending items.

What We're Looking For
1–3 years of experience in Accounts / Finance.
B.Com or equivalent qualification.
Good working knowledge of Tally and MS Excel / Google Sheets.
Basic understanding of GST and TDS.
Good communication and follow-up skills.
Highly organized and detail-oriented.
Someone who takes ownership and doesn't wait to be reminded.

Most Important
We need someone who can keep track of:
What is pending → Who needs to act → When it needs to be closed.
You should be comfortable following up with both customers for payments and vendors for invoices/payments.

Salary₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month, based on experience and skills.
