Role Description The Junior Interior Designer will support the design team in developing interior concepts, space plans, and detailed drawings for ongoing projects. Day-to-day responsibilities include assisting with design research, preparing mood boards, supporting FF&E; selections, and producing presentations for internal and client reviews. The role involves helping with construction drawings, coordination of design details,



and maintaining project documentation in line with studio standards. The designer will collaborate virtually with architects and senior designers to ensure design intent is translated into explicit, buildable solutions. This is a remote, contract role that requires consistent communication, timely delivery of tasks, and openness to feedback.
Qualifications
Foundational skills in Interior Design and Architecture, with the ability to support concept development and design detailing.
Competence in Space Planning to create functional layouts that respond to program, user needs, and circulation.
Experience preparing Construction Drawings, including plans, elevations, sections, and basic detailing for documentation.
Knowledge of FF&E; (furniture, fixtures, and equipment) selection, including materials, finishes, and product sourcing.
Proficiency in design and drafting software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp,
