Synopsis of the Role :

We are looking for a high-calibre strategy professional to join the strategy function and support enterprise growth initiatives, strategic planning, market expansion, and partnership development. The role requires a strong blend of structured problem-solving, business research, analytical thinking, stakeholder management, and executive communication skills.

The individual will work closely with leadership teams on evaluating market opportunities, assessing competitive landscapes, identifying growth levers, developing strategic recommendations, and supporting execution of key initiatives across the credit, data, analytics, and fintech ecosystem.

This role is suited for someone who combines consulting-style thinking with strong commercial orientation and the ability to independently drive high-quality outputs in a fast-paced environment.

What You’ll Do

The individual will be expected to contribute across multiple dimensions of strategy formulation and execution, including:

Strategic Research & Market Intelligence

Conduct deep-dive research on industries,



market trends, emerging business models, regulatory developments, and competitive ecosystems
Analyze domestic and global use cases across credit bureaus, fintechs, banks, NBFCs, alternate data providers, digital commerce, and analytics businesses
Develop market sizing, opportunity assessment, and benchmarking studies
Track competitor movements, product innovations, partnerships, and GTM strategies

Business Strategy & Growth Initiatives

Support development of strategic roadmaps for current business opportunities and growth initiatives
Evaluate potential partnership opportunities, alliances, ecosystem plays, and inorganic opportunities
Build business cases, commercial assessments, and strategic hypotheses for leadership review
Assist in formulation of go-to-market strategies and operating models
