Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Telecaller Sales role based in Kolkata.



The Telecaller Sales professional will make outbound and receive inbound calls to present Justdial’s services, explain benefits, and convert leads into active customers. Responsibilities include understanding customer needs, providing accurate information, resolving basic queries, and maintaining a high standard of customer experience. The role involves meeting daily and monthly call and sales targets, updating CRM or internal systems with call outcomes, and following up on prospective leads. Telecallers will collaborate with the sales team and supervisors to share feedback from customers, refine sales pitches, and support overall business growth.
