About Checkaro
Checkaro Verifications Private Limited is a Bengaluru-based background verification (BGV) company providing consent-first, DPDP-compliant verification services across employment, tenant, and matrimonial segments. We help organisations make confident hiring and onboarding decisions through accurate, timely verification — combining a robust multi-vendor network with a technology-enabled operations engine. As we scale, we are strengthening our leadership team to build a high-performing, compliant, people-first organisation.

Role Purpose
To own Checkaro's marketing function end to end — brand, demand generation, digital presence, content, and collateral — building a qualified pipeline for the sales team and establishing Checkaro as a trusted, compliant BGV brand.
This is an individual-contributor / early-leadership, work-from-office position based in Bengaluru, suited to a hands-on marketer who can both set strategy and execute.

Key Responsibilities
The Lead – Marketing owns strategy and hands-on execution across the marketing mix.
• Marketing strategy:



Develop and execute the annual marketing plan aligned to revenue and lead-generation goals across the employment, tenant, and matrimonial verticals.
• Demand generation: Plan and run multi-channel campaigns (email, LinkedIn, SEO/SEM, webinars, events) to generate and nurture qualified leads for the sales team.
• Digital & web: Own the website, SEO, landing pages, and analytics; improve organic visibility and conversion rates.
• Content & collateral: Produce brochures, case studies, decks, blogs, and social content that articulate Checkaro's consent-first, DPDP-compliant positioning.
• Brand management: Build and safeguard brand identity, tone, and messaging consistency across all touchpoints.
• Social & thought leadership: Manage LinkedIn and other channels; drive industry presence and thought-leadership content.
• Analytics & reporting: Track funnel metrics, campaign ROI, CAC, and MQL-to-SQL conversion;
