Role Description The Head of Sales Marketing is a full time, on-site role based in Pune City, responsible for leading the integrated sales and marketing function. This role involves developing and executing sales and marketing strategies, setting targets, and driving revenue growth across key accounts and market segments. The Head of Sales Marketing will oversee the sales pipeline, manage key customer relationships, and coordinate marketing campaigns that support lead generation and brand positioning.



Daily responsibilities include guiding and mentoring the sales and marketing teams, monitoring performance metrics, preparing reports and forecasts, and aligning activities with overall business objectives. The role also requires close collaboration with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to identify new opportunities and improve go-to-market effectiveness.
Qualifications
