We are seeking a highly analytical Financial Modeling Manager to build sophisticated financial models that support investment, valuation, forecasting, and strategic business decisions.

Key Responsibilities
Develop a deep understanding of Castellan's NYC real estate portfolio, financing, and investment strategies.
Build and maintain financial models for acquisitions, asset management, budgeting, forecasting, refinancing, and dispositions.
Prepare loan underwriting, valuation, DCF, sensitivity, and scenario analysis models.
Support financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and investment analysis.
Analyze asset and financial performance, providing actionable insights.




Collaborate with acquisitions, finance, lenders, investors, brokers, attorneys, and other stakeholders.
Prepare investor reports, financing presentations, investment committee materials, and management dashboards.
Improve financial modeling processes while ensuring data accuracy and model integrity.

What We're Looking For
CA or MBA in Finance from a Tier-1/Top institute.
5–6 years of experience in Financial Modeling, FP&A;, Corporate Finance, Investment Banking, Private Equity, Transaction Advisory, or Real Estate Finance.
Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills.
Solid knowledge of financial statements, valuation, budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
Excellent analytical and communication skills.
Experience working with U.S.-based teams or EST hours is preferred.
Real estate finance experience is a plus.
