Role Description The Health Coach will provide one-on-one and group coaching to clients enrolled in Elevate Now’s doctor-led weight loss program, guiding them through personalized nutrition, activity, and lifestyle plans. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting assessments, setting realistic health goals, tracking progress, and maintaining detailed records in collaboration with medical professionals. The coach will deliver education on behavior change, healthy habits, and long-term weight management,



while offering ongoing motivation and support through in-person sessions and follow-ups. This is a full-time, in office role based in Bengaluru, working closely with the clinical team to ensure safe, effective, and sustainable outcomes for each client.
Qualifications
Background in health coaching, nutrition, dietetics, physiotherapy, psychology, or a related health sciences field.
Knowledge of behavior change techniques, lifestyle medicine, and evidence-based weight management practices.
Strong interpersonal, communication, and counseling skills, with the ability to build trust and motivate diverse clients.
Ability to conduct structured assessments, set measurable goals, and maintain accurate client documentation.
Comfort working in a multidisciplinary, doctor-led environment and collaborating closely with clinical teams.
Proficiency with basic digital tools for scheduling, tracking progress, and
