Job Summary

Supports the maintenance, troubleshooting, repair, and improvement of plant equipment, facilities, buildings, and grounds. The role provides hands-on technical support for electrical, automation, HVAC, mechanical, building, fire/life safety, and facility systems to ensure safe, reliable, and productive plant operations.

The position also supports facility projects, equipment installations, commissioning, contractor management, preventive and predictive maintenance, and continuous improvement initiatives. The role works closely with operations, engineering, mechanical, instrumentation, and other cross-functional teams to minimize downtime and maintain compliance with applicable safety, environmental, and facility standards.

Key Responsibilities

Electrical, Automation & Facilities Maintenance

Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair electrical and automation systems, including PLCs, HMIs, SCADA systems, drives, instrumentation, control circuits, and associated equipment.
Monitor the functioning and condition of plant and building systems, including electrical, HVAC,



structural, mechanical, and fire/life safety systems.
Perform preventive, predictive, corrective, and breakdown maintenance to maximize equipment reliability and plant uptime.
Diagnose electrical, automation, instrumentation, and control system failures using structured troubleshooting and root cause analysis.
Maintain and troubleshoot test cell electrical systems, controllers, dynamometers, and related support equipment.
Interpret electrical schematics, single-line diagrams (SLDs), P&IDs;, technical drawings, and equipment documentation.
Execute scheduled maintenance plans and identify opportunities to improve equipment reliability and performance.
Document completed repairs, maintenance activities, equipment history, and technical findings accurately.
