We are looking for a compassionate, evidence-oriented MBBS doctor who believes that positive healthcare is not about prescribing more—it is about prescribing what is necessary, appropriate and supported by evidence.

The role is ideal for a doctor who enjoys understanding the whole patient, not just the diagnosis, and who is interested in integrating medical care with nutrition, exercise, yoga, fitness and other appropriate lifestyle interventions.

What You Will Do

1. Deliver thoughtful, patient-centred medical care
Evaluate patients comprehensively and develop individualized care plans.
Follow a “right treatment, right patient, right time” approach.
Avoid unnecessary medications, investigations and nutraceuticals where they are not clinically indicated.
Focus on sustainable health outcomes rather than prescription-driven care.

2. Practice evidence-based medicine
Stay familiar with current clinical guidelines and standard treatment protocols.




Be able to explain why a particular treatment is recommended, including the evidence and clinical reasoning behind it.
Balance guideline-based care with individual patient needs and circumstances.

3. Integrate nutrition into clinical care
Recommend practical, condition-appropriate dietary approaches within the scope of medical practice.
Coordinate with qualified dietitians/nutritionists whenever specialized dietary intervention is required.
Help patients understand how food, sleep, physical activity and lifestyle influence their health.

4. Build structured treatment pathways
Develop and implement standardized clinical protocols and patient-care pathways for common health conditions.
Create structured schedules for medication, monitoring, diet, exercise and follow-up.
Ensure consistency and quality across patient care.

5. Provide hybrid healthcare – online + home-based care
Begin with online consultations and continuous patient monitoring.
