We are looking for an energetic, confident and result-oriented Client Onboarding Manager who can handle leads, communicate with potential clients, understand their requirements, convert enquiries into business opportunities and ensure a smooth client onboarding experience.

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹30,000 per month(DEPENDS ON CLIENT ONBOARDING)
Experience: Preferably 1+ year in Sales, Business Development, Client Handling, Digital Marketing, Media, Advertising or a related field.
Key Responsibilities
Handle incoming leads and enquiries generated through online and offline channels.
Communicate with potential clients and understand their business and marketing requirements.




Convert qualified leads into confirmed clients and close deals.
Explain FEYNIX MEDIA's services, packages, pricing and offerings professionally.
Conduct face-to-face meetings with clients whenever required.
Conduct and manage online meetings/video calls with Indian as well as international clients.
Communicate professionally with clients through Email, WhatsApp, SMS and other communication platforms.
Prepare professional client messages, proposals, follow-ups and emails.
Regularly follow up with leads and maintain strong client relationships.
Understand client pain points and recommend suitable marketing or creative solutions.
Coordinate with the internal digital marketing, creative and production teams after the client is onboarded.
Ensure that client requirements are properly communicated to the concerned team.
Maintain proper records of leads, follow-ups, conversions and client status.
