Role Description The Business Development Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Patna. This position is responsible for identifying and developing recent business opportunities, building and managing relationships with banks, NBFCs, franchise partners, and other stakeholders, and driving growth of PayandServe’s lending and financial services.



Day-to-day tasks include market research, lead generation, client meetings, negotiation of commercial terms, and collaboration with internal teams to support implementation of solutions. The role also involves monitoring performance of franchise partners, ensuring alignment with company standards, preparing business reports and forecasts, and contributing to strategic initiatives that expand PayandServe’s presence in targeted regions.
Qualifications

Strong business development, sales, and relationship management skills, with experience in financial services or fintech preferred.
Ability to conduct market analysis, identify growth opportunities, and develop strategic plans for new regions or partners.
Competence in client communication, negotiation, and presentation, with the ability to engage stakeholders at multiple levels.
