Overview

The Enterprise DevOps organization is responsible for accelerating secure, automated, and AI-enabled software delivery practices across The Hartford. We are seeking an enablement-focused leader based in HIG India to work closely with Reliability Engineers supporting Lines of Business and development teams across all LOBs, helping teams adopt DevSecOps automation, improve delivery consistency,



and scale modern engineering practices through a train-the-trainer model.

What You’ll Be Doing

The Hartford is transforming how software is delivered by embedding automation, security, reliability, and AI into everyday engineering workflows. DevSecOps Enablement plays a critical role in helping Reliability Engineers, application teams, and LOB-aligned development organizations adopt standard tooling, secure-by-default practices, and repeatable delivery patterns.

As the DevSecOps Enablement Lead, you will drive enterprise adoption of automation and AI-enabled engineering practices across HIG India and the broader technology organization. You will partner closely with Reliability Engineers aligned to LOBs, Development teams, Platform Engineering, Security, and DevSecOps tool owners to identify adoption friction, create practical enablement plans, and scale learning through champions, communities of practice, playbooks, d
