Role Description The Sales Executive role at Rootsvital Healthcare is a full-time, in office position based in Indore. The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and engaging potential customers, explaining product benefits, and managing the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closing. Daily activities include meeting clients in person, following up on inquiries, maintaining strong relationships with existing customers,



and achieving assigned sales targets. The role involves coordinating with internal teams for order processing, tracking customer feedback, and supporting promotional campaigns and outreach activities. The Sales Executive will represent the brand professionally, ensuring that Rootsvital’s values of honesty and purity are reflected in every interaction.
Qualifications
Demonstrated ability in direct sales, customer acquisition, and relationship management in healthcare, wellness, pharmaceuticals, or FMCG sectors.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills, with the ability to explain product benefits clearly and build trust with diverse customers.
Basic knowledge or interest in Ayurveda, natural healthcare products, or preventive wellness, with willingness to learn product details and clinical benefits.
