Work you’ll do

The Global Cross-Business AI-Led Work Transformation (AIWT) Manager owns core AIWT workstreams across GTM activation, AI-enabled asset development, and cross-business integration — translating program strategy into results in coordination with Deloitte’s four businesses (T&T;,



SR&T;, T&L;, A&A;) and Member Firms. The Manager drives workstreams end to end and oversees the work of other AIWT team members in delivering them.

Activities:

Own components of the AIWT GTM activation campaign strategy, driving sector-organized market activation that brings AIWT capabilities to clients across priority geographies.
Own development of AI-enabled GTM assets and capabilities, building tools and enablement materials that help Member Firms activate and deliver AIWT in market.
Oversee AIWT sales and pipeline reporting and analytics, ensuring data integrity and translating insights into recommendations for program strategy and leadership decisions.
Support cross-business workplan integration across T&T;, SR&T;, T&L;, and A&A;, ensuring AIWT is embedded in each business’s storefront rather than run as a parallel workstream.
