Position Summary

Join Deloitte’s USI Campaign Management Team and support priority marketing campaigns, initiatives, and events for the member firm. In this role, you will work across Clients & Markets Strategy, Corporate Affairs, and Client Relationship Development to help deliver integrated campaigns that align to business priorities. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, manage campaign activity from planning through reporting, and support high-quality execution across a range of marketing programs.

Work you'll do

As a Specialist, Marketing on the Campaign Management Team, you will be responsible for:

Manage the end-to-end delivery of marketing campaigns and projects across strategic offerings, industries, and business areas.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including web, creative, social media, user experience, film, and events, to align timelines, deliverables, and campaign objectives.
Support the development of campaign briefs, statements of work, project plans, target client lists,



and stakeholder communications using established customer relationship management processes.
Track campaign performance, support reporting dashboards, contribute to post-campaign debriefs, and provide budget and scope updates to stakeholders.
Lead project status discussions, review deliverables produced by analysts, document actions and milestones, and support continuous improvement across team operations.

The Business Services Operations team at Hyderabad supports the Deloitte organization with a wide variety of capabilities such as financial reporting, HR and financial transaction processing, administrative service and helpdesk support, marketing, and IT services.

Location: Hyderabad

Shift Timings: 11 AM to 8 PM

Qualifications

Required:

Postgraduate degree
4-6 years of experience in campaign management
Experience managing end-to-end marketing campaigns or projects across multiple stakeholders and deadlines
