Work you'll do

As a Services Support Associate II, Data Preparation and Reporting on the Global Audit & Assurance Quality, Risk and Regulatory team, you will be responsible for:

Support reporting and operational activities across Talent, Finance, and Operations, including processes transitioned from onshore teams to USI.
Compile, validate, organize, and present data for recurring and ad hoc reports, presentations, leadership materials, and stakeholder updates.
Execute established workflows and reporting processes in line with defined timelines, quality standards, and documentation requirements.
Coordinate meetings, track actions and decisions, and provide status updates on milestones, progress, and blockers across ongoing workstreams.
Collate feedback from member firms, prepare structured summaries, and identify opportunities to improve efficiency, consistency, and standardization in recurring activities.

The Global Audit & Assurance Quality, Risk and Regulatory (GAA QRR)



team supports Deloitte’s Audit & Assurance business across firms and geographies. The team helps enable quality, compliance, risk management, regulatory support, and operational consistency in alignment with skilled standards.

The Analyst will support the Global Audit & Assurance Quality, Risk and Regulatory function. This entry-level role is designed to provide a combination of coordination, reporting, and process support, with time split broadly 50/50 between supporting the assurance-related activities of the function and supporting reporting and operational processes transitioned from onshore teams.

On the reporting and operations side, the role will support the transition and delivery of established processes relating to Talent, Finance, and Operations that are currently performed by onshore teams. The role will help ensure these processes are completed accurately, consistently, and on time, while also identifying opportunities to improve efficienc
