Role Description This contract Field Sales Executive role is an on-site position based in Concord, NH. The Field Sales Executive will identify and pursue recent business opportunities, conduct client visits, and present Crystal Data’s IT services and staffing solutions to prospective and existing customers. Daily activities include managing a sales pipeline, preparing proposals, negotiating terms, and closing deals in alignment with company objectives. The role also involves collaborating with internal teams to understand client requirements,



maintaining accurate sales records, and providing regular activity and performance reports. The Field Sales Executive is expected to build strong relationships, represent the company professionally at client locations and events, and consistently work toward defined sales targets.
Qualifications
Demonstrated success in field sales, business development, or account management, ideally within IT services or professional staffing.
Strong skills in prospecting, lead generation, and pipeline management, with the ability to prioritize and follow through on opportunities.
Effective communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities, including experience delivering in-person client pitches.
Solid understanding of technology services or staffing solutions, or the ability and willingness to quickly learn industry concepts.
Proficiency with CRM tools and basic office software to track activities, prepare proposals, and
