RVL operates across quick commerce, e-commerce, and modern trade channels.
Role Overview
We are looking for a Key Account Manager – Ecommerce to own and grow business relationships with quick commerce and e-commerce platforms (Blinkit, Zepto, Swiggy Instamart, and marketplaces). The role requires a solid mix of account management, negotiation, and analytical skills to drive sales, visibility, and profitability across our brand portfolio.
Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day relationships with category and platform teams across Blinkit, Zepto, Swiggy Instamart, and other e-commerce channels
Own P&L; for assigned brands/accounts — drive sales growth,



margin management, and trade spend efficiency
Lead pricing, MRP, and margin negotiations with platform teams; resolve pricing and vendor disputes
Plan and execute platform marketing calendars — visibility campaigns, deals, ads, and gamification/growth pitches
Monitor inventory health, fill rates, and GRN tracking; coordinate with supply chain to minimize stockouts and gaps
Analyze sales performance, platform-wise MRP data, and campaign ROI to inform account strategy
Prepare and present business reviews, growth pitches, and strategic proposals to platform stakeholders
Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, analytics, social media, and MIS teams to align account plans with brand objectives
Identify and pitch new growth opportunities (gamified campaigns, category expansions, new platform onboarding)
