Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Specialist based in Noida. The Business Development Specialist will identify and qualify new business opportunities, generate and nurture leads,



and build long-term relationships with developers, agents, and property buyers. Daily responsibilities include conducting market research, analyzing trends in the Indian real estate sector, and preparing proposals or presentations to support client acquisition and partnership growth. The role involves coordinating with internal teams to align offerings with client needs, maintaining accurate records in CRM tools, and tracking performance against sales and growth targets. The specialist will also represent the company in client meetings, events, and property-related activities to promote My Realestate’s services and platform.
