Role Description

The Business Analyst at AeroFront is a full-time, remote role responsible for translating business needs into clear requirements that support our media and platform operations. This role involves gathering and documenting business requirements from stakeholders, analyzing business processes, and identifying opportunities to improve workflows, data usage, and content delivery. The Business Analyst will collaborate with editorial, product, technology,



and operations teams to define and prioritize initiatives, prepare reports and insights, and support decision-making with structured analysis. Daily activities include conducting qualitative and quantitative analysis, mapping processes, preparing functional specifications, and monitoring performance against defined metrics to ensure initiatives meet business objectives.
