HomeLane Madhurawada is looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Design Associate to join our growing team.

? What You'll Do

? Meet customers and understand their lifestyle, requirements and budget
? Create creative, functional and aesthetically appealing residential interior designs
? Prepare layouts, floor plans, 3D designs, quotations and presentations
? Guide customers on materials, finishes, colours and furniture layouts
? Use Google SketchUp and other relevant design software
? Conduct site visits and ensure designs are practical and execution-friendly
? Coordinate with sales, project execution and installation teams
? Present designs and incorporate customer feedback
? Follow up with customers and contribute towards converting designs into confirmed orders
? Manage multiple projects while maintaining quality and timelines
? Deliver an exceptional customer experience throughout the design journey





? What We're Looking For

✅ Diploma / Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Furniture Design or a related field
✅ 1-3 years of relevant experience in residential interior design preferred
✅ Strong understanding of space planning, residential interiors and materials
✅ Working knowledge of Google SketchUp
✅ Solid design portfolio will be an advantage
✅ Knowledge of modular kitchens, wardrobes and living spaces is preferred
✅ Excellent communication and presentation skills
✅ Customer-focused and solution-oriented approach
✅ Ability to work in a target-oriented environment
✅ English communication skills required
✅ Telugu proficiency is highly desirable
