Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Technical Project Manager role based in Salem. The Technical Project Manager will oversee IoT and industrial digitization projects from initiation to completion, including planning, scope definition, scheduling, and resource allocation. The role involves coordinating with cross-functional teams such as hardware, software, and field implementation to ensure timely and high-quality delivery. The Technical Project Manager will track project progress, manage risks and dependencies,



and maintain clear communication with stakeholders and clients. Daily responsibilities include documenting requirements, monitoring project metrics, facilitating meetings, resolving issues, and supporting continuous improvement in project execution and delivery processes, including traveling to Client premises to oversee and be involved in installation and commissioning of the products and solutions.

Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong working experience in instrumentation, embedded system and IoT projects including MODBUS, TCP/IP, MQTT(S), HTTP(S), 4G / GSM modules, ESP32, Python, STM32, Linux SBCs, LoRaWAN and hardware - server integration.
Candidates should possess solid Project Management and Program Management skills to handle multiple technical initiatives and ensure alignment with business goals.
