Overall Position Responsibilities
Follow established customizing guidelines and best practices.
Contribute to a knowledge-sharing attitude within the module team globally.
Contribute to module team meetings as decided/required.
Actively collaborate with Solution Expert/Delivery Leader for business requirements and increase of business process knowledge in the module team.
Actively collaborate with Functional Lead on meeting stipulated Service Level Agreements for case resolution within the module team.
Build and maintain support for the defined ways of working as well as cooperation for continuously improving them.
Overall Technical Qualifications
CRM QTC process and setup – Quotation to Cash Process.
CRM Services.
Middleware knowledge and settings.
Initial and Delta download from ECC to CRM – Partners, Product master, Condition records, Transactional data.
Partner Determination.
Pricing.
CRM Billing.




Action profiles.
Integration between CRM and ECC.
Sound knowledge about ECC SD.
SAP CRM eCommerce overview.
Product catalogue management – Create/replication.
Agreement to Order Creation process.
Marketing planning and Campaign management.
Standard programs knowledge, i.e., CRMD and CRM.
Valuable to have knowledge on integration between CRM and APO/gATP Order Fulfillment.
Good to have knowledge on Logistics integration with CRM.
Overall Position Competencies
Able to analyze and solve day-to-day issues from business within agreed SLA.
Experience in handling Change Requests and Problem Management.
Ability to scope, prepare FS script, and execute interface tests.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and conceptual skills.
Good coordination with team members and customers is a must.
