eDrafter.in is an online platform that provides stamp paper and legal document solutions across 20+ states in India. Clients can conveniently place orders for stamp papers, rental agreements, and other documents through the portal and receive instant soft copies via email, along with shipment of hard copies. The platform offers quick and standard scan copy services, ensuring documents are delivered to clients email within hours. Hard copies can be delivered on the same day through an express service or within two working days, supported by responsive customer service available by phone.

Role Description :

The Shipment Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Delhi. This role is responsible for managing daily shipment operations, including preparing, packing, labeling, and dispatching hard copy legal documents and stamp papers. The Shipment Executive coordinates with courier partners, tracks deliveries, and ensures orders are processed accurately and within promised timelines. The role includes updating shipment records, resolving delivery issues,



and communicating with customer support and other internal teams to maintain smooth operations.

Qualifications :

- Strong organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple shipments and meet delivery deadlines.
- Basic computer proficiency, including working with order management systems, spreadsheets, and email.
- Attention to detail for accurate packing, labeling, documentation, and record-keeping.
- Effective communication skills for coordinating with courier partners, internal teams, and customer support.
- Ability to work on-site in Delhi and manage physically demanding tasks such as handling packages.
- Prior experience in logistics, shipping, warehouse operations, or order fulfillment is an advantage.
- Knowledge of basic courier processes and regional delivery timelines within India is beneficial.
- Minimum of a high school diploma; additional vocational or logistics-related training is a plus.
