IELTS & PTE Academic CounsellorAbout Zofico

Zofico is an online education and study-abroad platform helping students achieve their goals through IELTS, PTE, French, German, Spoken English and other international education programs. We are expanding our counselling team and looking for motivated professionals who can guide students and convert enquiries into successful enrollments.

Role Overview

We are looking for an IELTS & PTE Academic Counsellor who can understand students' requirements, recommend the right course, handle enquiries, conduct follow-ups and achieve enrollment targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle leads and enquiries through phone calls, WhatsApp and other communication channels.
- Understand students' academic goals, study-abroad plans and language-learning requirements.
- Counsel students regarding IELTS and PTE courses, batches, fees, offers and course benefits.
- Conduct effective follow-ups with prospective students and maintain regular communication.
- Convert qualified leads into course enrollments while maintaining a professional student experience.
- Explain Zofico's course features, learning methodology, live classes, mock tests and other benefits.
- Maintain accurate lead and follow-up records in the CRM.
- Coordinate with trainers and the academic team whenever required.
- Achieve individual and team-wise admission/enrollment targets.
- Build strong relationships with students and ensure a smooth onboarding experience.

Requirements




- 13 years of experience in education counselling, inside sales, telecalling or admissions preferred.
- Experience in IELTS, PTE, study abroad or EdTech counselling will be an advantage.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Valuable command of English and Hindi/Punjabi.
- Strong convincing, negotiation and follow-up skills.
- Target-oriented and comfortable working in a sales-driven environment.
- Ability to understand student needs and provide suitable course recommendations.
- Basic knowledge of CRM systems, WhatsApp and online communication tools.
