Role Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales and Marketing Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing effective sales and marketing strategies to drive growth and enhance brand awareness. This remote position requires a creative thinker with strong analytical skills and the ability to work independently. This position is commission-based with positive incentives.

Position : Business Development Executive

Duration : 3 Months (Probationary Period: 1 Month)

Compensation : Upto 10000/- (Based on Interview)

Location : Chandrapur (Hybrid)

Potential for Full-Time Opportunity: Based on performance

Key Requirement: Candidates should have a basic understanding of CRM software and be comfortable managing leads,



customer information, follow-ups, and sales activities.

Qualifications:

- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of sales and marketing principles and practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Creative mindset with the ability to develop innovative marketing strategies.
- Knowledge of market research techniques and data analysis.
