We are looking for a powerhouse Senior Manager, Brand Partnerships/Sales - Influencer Marketing who lives and breathes the creator economy. You will drive the agency's growth by identifying high-potential brand partners, pitching creative influencer strategies, and closing high-value deals. This isn't just a sales role; you are a strategic consultant who understands how to leverage influence to solve business problems.

Role: Brand Partnerships / Sales – Influencer Marketing

What You'll Do

- Own brand client relationships end-to-end, acting as their main point of contact.




- Translate client goals into tailored, high-impact influencer marketing strategies.
- Lead pitches, client meetings, and proposal presentations.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth campaign execution.
- Track campaign performance and report key metrics and strategic insights back to clients.
- Spot growth opportunities to upsell campaigns, expand creator partnerships, and drive repeat. business.

What We're Looking For

- 2–3 years of experience in influencer marketing, digital media, or agency account management.
- Proven track record in brand partnerships & revenue generation.
- Solid understanding of the creator ecosystem and current content trends.
- Excellent relationship-building, communication, and presentation skills.
