Since 2011, we have successfully delivered CRM, Creator, Zoho One, People, Books, and custom business automation solutions for clients across multiple industries.We are now expanding our consulting practice and are looking for an experienced Zoho Presales Consultant who can understand business challenges, design the right Zoho solution, and help customers confidently choose GoldenLion as their implementation partner.About the RoleAs a Zoho Presales Consultant, you will bridge prospective customers and our implementation team. You will engage with business owners and decision-makers, understand their business processes, conduct discovery sessions, prepare solution demonstrations, and recommend the most suitable Zoho products and implementation approach.You should enjoy interacting with customers, solving business problems, and demonstrating how technology can improve efficiency and growth.Key ResponsibilitiesEngage with inbound leads generated through our website, Zoho Partner Directory, referrals, webinars, and marketing campaigns.Conduct discovery calls and gather business requirements.Understand customer pain points and map them to appropriate Zoho solutions.Design solution approaches using products such as Zoho CRM, Zoho One, Zoho Books, Zoho Creator, Zoho People, Zoho Workplace, Analytics, Flow, Desk,



and related applications.Conduct engaging online and in-person product demonstrations.Deliver industry-specific demonstrations using GoldenLion's prebuilt solution accelerators.Prepare solution presentations, effort estimates, and implementation proposals.Work closely with the delivery team to validate solution feasibility and implementation scope.Assist in preparing Statements of Work (SOW), project scope documents, and implementation plans.Coordinate with customers throughout the pre-sales cycle until project closure.Maintain accurate lead and opportunity information in Zoho CRM.Follow up with prospects and manage the sales pipeline effectively.Participate in customer meetings, workshops, and presentations whenever required.Stay updated with the latest Zoho products, AI capabilities, automation features, and industry best practices.Contribute to improving GoldenLion's presales processes, demo environments, and sales collateral.Required Skills2-6 years of experience in Zoho consulting, presales, implementation,
