Role: Performance Marketing Manager
We are looking for a results-driven Performance Marketing Manager who can take ownership of our paid acquisition engine across Meta Ads and Google Ads.
This is not a role limited to generating leads or running campaigns.
Your primary responsibility will be to help Alcor Getaways generate qualified enquiries,



confirmed hotel bookings and profitable revenue through performance marketing.
You will work closely with the Sales, Reservations, Revenue, Creative and Management teams to ensure that marketing spend translates into actual business growth.
Key Responsibilities
1. Performance Marketing Strategy
Develop and execute performance marketing strategies across Meta Ads and Google Ads.
Build campaigns for resort awareness, enquiries, remarketing, direct bookings and revenue generation.
Develop destination-specific and property-specific acquisition strategies.
Plan campaigns around weekends, holidays, seasons, long weekends and demand periods.
Identify recent opportunities for scaling profitable campaigns.
2. Meta & Google Ads Management
Independently create, manage and optimize campaigns across:
Meta Ads — Facebook & Instagram
Google Search Ads
Google Display
YouTube
Performance Max, where relevant
Remarketi
