Roles & Responsibilities:

Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements for application development.




Maintain transparent and consistent communication with project stakeholders to ensure alignment on deliverables.
Document technical specifications and provide guidance to junior team members as needed.
Continuously monitor application performance and implement enhancements to improve efficiency.

Professional & Technical Skills:

Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in IBM Maximo.
Experience in customizing and configuring enterprise asset management solutions.
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex software issues.
Familiarity with integration techniques and working knowledge of related software tools.
Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment and communicate technical concepts clearly.

Additional Information:
