IT Business Analyst IV

We are seeking an experienced IT Functional Analyst – SAP FICO Finance Team Lead to join our IT Finance support organization.



This role will provide hands-on SAP FICO functional support while also leading day-to-day Finance application support activities, coordinating team priorities, guiding analysts and partner resources, and ensuring high-quality service delivery across global Finance processes, including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger, Banking, Electronic Bank Statements, Payment Processing, Fixed Assets, and related integrations.

The successful candidate will act as a trusted liaison between Finance business users, IT support teams, technical teams, and external partners. They will analyse incidents and service requests, identify root causes, document requirements, support configuration and testing, and help deliver reliable, scalable SAP Finance solutions aligned to global standards.

This is a hands-on support, delivery, and team leadership role suited to someone who can work independently, provide direction to the Finance support team
