Job Description – Adventure Park Marshal / Outdoor Activity Instructor

Position: Adventure Park Marshal / Outdoor Activity Instructor

1)Conduct and supervise outdoor adventure activities for guests in a safe, professional and engaging manner.
2) Brief guests on activity procedures, safety guidelines and proper use of equipment.
3)Ensure all safety equipment, harnesses and activity zones are checked before operations.
4)Assist guests during activities and provide explicit instructions and encouragement.
5) Monitor guest behaviour and activity conditions to ensure safety at all times.
6)Handle basic emergency situations and follow established rescue and evacuation procedures.
7) Maintain activity equipment and report any defects or safety concerns immediately.
8)Deliver an excellent guest experience while maintaining discipline and safety standards.
9) Coordinate with the Adventure Park team for smooth daily operations and crowd management.
