Skills And Competencies





Senior-level expertise in Record-to-Report accounting, including accruals, reconciliations, allocations, eliminations, and consolidated close across multi-entity environments
Deep technical knowledge of US GAAP and IFRS with strong accounting judgment to resolve complex issues
Proven experience leading and developing accounting managers and teams with a solid performance and control mindset
Demonstrated ability to govern period-end close processes, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and audit readiness
Strong analytical and variance analysis skills, with the ability to identify risks and provide insights to senior stakeholders
Experience partnering with FP&A;, Tax, Audit, and finance stakeholders to explain results and resolve complex matters . High proficiency with SAP, BlackLine, and consolidation platforms
Hands-on experience using AI tools to improve efficiency, with awareness of AI risk management and responsible use
