Role Overview
This role sits within Risebird's Interview Process Outsourcing (IPO) model, distinct from a traditional RPO Recruitment Operations Manager role that centers on candidate sourcing and interview scheduling. Here,



the core mandate is end-to-end ownership of the interview lifecycle itself — pre-interview, during-interview, and post-interview — across all interview formats: Human Expert interviews, AI Interviews, AI Code Interviews, and AI Phone Screens. The role carries full SPOC (Single Point of Contact) accountability for client communication, ownership of interviewer sourcing and panel management, interview drive delivery, and team leadership — with a robust emphasis on result ownership, for oneself and the team.
Key Responsibilities
Interview Lifecycle Management (Pre / During / Post-Interview)
Distribute interview tasks across interviewers/channels (Human Expert, AI Interview, AI Code Interview, AI Phone Screen) based on skill mapping and capacity
Own end-to-end scheduling coordination and QC of scheduled interviews — role-skill-interviewer mapping, slot accuracy, JD alignment, scorecard readiness
Manage unassignment and resched
