Markoholics (a brand of Creative Engineering Enterprises Pvt. Ltd.) is a growth marketing agency taking early-stage tech startups from 0 to 1. We work directly with founders to build revenue operating systems that replace manual, guesswork-led marketing with structured, AI-enabled growth. We keep our client roster deliberately small so every founder gets senior attention, not a rotating account team.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Performance Marketing & Paid Media
• Plan, launch, and optimise paid campaigns across Meta Ads, Google Ads, and LinkedIn Ads for client accounts
• Own performance marketing for Markoholics and H²AI in-house — treating our own brands with the same rigour as a paying client
• Manage budgets,



bidding strategy, audience and creative testing, and tracking/pixel infrastructure across accounts
• Translate campaign data into explicit performance narratives and optimisation recommendations

Account Management & Client Servicing
• Act as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of client accounts, owning the relationship end-to-end
• Run client communication, reporting cadences, and strategy reviews with minimal founder involvement
• Flag risks, scope creep, or delivery gaps early, before they become escalations
• Translate client goals into briefs the team can execute against, and hold the line on quality and timelines

Team Leadership & Management
• Manage and mentor a small team of marketing interns and executives across client and in-house work
• Allocate work across the team based on capacity, skill, and account priority
• Review team output before it reaches clients or go
