Qualification: CA – Mandatory

Key Responsibilities

Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting and ensure timely closure.
Prepare and review financial statements, MIS, schedules, and management reports.
Ensure compliance with Ind AS / IFRS and applicable accounting standards.
Coordinate with statutory auditors, internal auditors, and external stakeholders.
Manage statutory reporting, disclosures, and regulatory requirements.
Review accounting entries, reconciliations, provisions, accruals, and balance sheet schedules.
Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
Identify accounting issues and provide appropriate solutions in coordination with Finance leadership.
Strengthen financial controls and reporting processes.
Support budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting as required.
Ensure compliance with applicable Companies Act and financial reporting regulations.
Lead and mentor junior finance team members.





Required Skills & Experience

CA qualification is mandatory.
5+ years of post-qualification experience in Financial Reporting / Financial Accounting.
Strong experience in Ind AS / IFRS and financial statement preparation.
Experience handling month-end/year-end closing and statutory audits.
Strong knowledge of general accounting, reconciliations, provisions, and financial controls.
Valuable analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills.
Experience in a large corporate, listed company, Big 4, or financial services organization is preferred.
