Role Description This is a full time, on-site role for a Food and Beverage Service Guest Service Associate located in Porbandar. The role involves welcoming guests to the dining areas, presenting menus, taking accurate food and beverage orders, and ensuring timely and courteous service throughout their visit.



The associate supports food and beverage operations by coordinating with kitchen and bar staff, setting up and clearing tables, and maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards in service areas. Responsibilities also include handling guest queries or concerns, promoting menu items or special offers, processing billing and payments, and following hotel policies and safety procedures. The role contributes directly to guest satisfaction by providing attentive, professional, and personalized service.
Qualifications
