Most hotel sales roles ask you to go out into the market and chase business through travel agents and cold visits. This role is different: the leads come to you. Our marketing engine generates a steady, high-volume stream of inbound guest and group inquiries every day, routed directly to the Neemrana head office. Your job is to convert that interest into confirmed, revenue-generating business.
Role Summary
The Sales Manager will own the inquiry-to-booking funnel at the Neemrana head office — leading the inside sales team, driving conversion and revenue targets,



and personally closing high-value group, corporate, wedding, and offsite business. This is a leadership role for a hotel sales professional who wants to run a revenue desk, not just work a territory.
Key Responsibilities
Own the sales funnel end-to-end — from inbound inquiry to confirmed booking — and deliver monthly and quarterly revenue targets
Lead, train, and coach the Assistant Sales Managers and reservations team; review pipelines and call quality daily
Personally close high-value business — groups, corporate offsites, weddings, and long-stay inquiries
Set follow-up cadences, response-time standards, and pitch frameworks for the team; handle escalations and rate negotiations within approved guardrails
Track funnel metrics (inquiry volumes, conversion ratios, drop-off points, revenue per lead) and run weekly reviews with transparent corrective actions
Ensure complete CRM discipline across the team — every lead logged
